Business Ownership Disputes

Reid and Riege believes that we represent more privately held businesses than any other Firm in Connecticut.  Most of the time, these businesses operate smoothly and decisions are made in an orderly manner.  However, there are times when disputes break out between owners and there are no obvious business solutions.  Reid and Riege’s corporate attorneys have been helpful in resolving these disputes by reducing the emotion and helping everyone concentrate on a practical solution.  Recently, our attorneys intervened in a dispute involving co-founders of a distribution company and helped to negotiate the buyout of one co-founder on terms that were acceptable to everyone.
