Physician Recruitment

Our Health Care attorneys have strong experience in the area of physician recruitment.  We routinely counsel clients on needs analyses, establishment of policies, procedures and protocols involving the recruitment of physicians, and the application of the federal income tax and Stark and anti-kickback statutes and regulations to these arrangements.  Given recent government scrutiny and increased enforcement action, physician recruitment has developed into a significant practice area for the firm.
